When logging into the app for the first time, you will need to enter Camden County Library District MO, then tap Continue. Once you have chosen our library district, you will need to either Login or Register. If you already know your login information, you may enter it at this time; if you aren't sure you remember your Username or Password, you may contact any one of our friendly staff for your Username and a temporary password. If you are registering for the first time, you will need to click on Register.
If you are using the online platform, there are three locations where you may enter your login information or register for a new account. To access your account from a computer, please visit ccld.readsquared.com
The following information regarding registration pertains to both the online platform and the app. As always if you have any questions or need assistance, be sure to reach out to your local branch of the Camden County Library District.
You will be asked to choose to register either for Myself or Myself and Children.
The information given from this point on will cover both sides except for the instructions for registering children under the Myself and Children side. If you choose, Myself and Children, adults will need to create an account before creating the child(ren) accounts. You will need to fill out all of the required information as noted by the red asterisks, then click Continue. Once you have clicked Continue, you will need to provide the following details: Name, Date of Birth, email address, gender, county, library branch, and a library card. Some of the information is required and noted by the red asterisks. At this time you will need to create your Username (at least five (5) letters) and your password. Once you have entered these details, click Continue.
If you are registering only for yourself, you will go to your homepage; however, if you are registering for yourself and children, you will now be able to register your child(ren). If you are registering a child, you will need to provide their age and what program they will be logging their reading. Click Continue. Once you have clicked on continue, you will be asked to provide your child's name, date of birth, email address, gender, county, library branch, and a library card. When adding children to the account a separate username or password is not needed.
Click Continue to add more children or choose Done Adding Children. Once you have registered all of your children and click Done Adding Children, you will go to your home page.
To make any changes to your account, please click on Account in the upper righthand corner of the online platform or the Setting Gear on the lefthand side on the app and choose My Account. Within My Account, can change your Username, your reading goal (five (5) pages or more), and any of your other information. If you would like to receive text messages, you may add a phone number, by clicking on Text Messages, either in the upper right corner under Account, or in the top right corner of your My Account page. You will need to provide your Cellular Provider and your phone number, including the area code. If you need to add more children to your account, you may do so by choosing Add Child Account, where you will be prompted to add a New Child Account or Link to an Existing Account.
