It's that time of year again, where we resolve to be a healthier, more active version of ourselves.  While we may promise that this year is our year and that we will stick to our resolutions, it isn't always that simple.  Sometimes life gets in the way, and we forget, or we find that it is easier to remain or continue with our same routines.

We understand, really we do.  We are human, like everyone else. That is why this year we would like to introduce you to our new program, The Hearts. What are Hearts? Hearts is a support group that ANYONE can join.

Don't worry we won't act like your mother or doctor and nag you by telling you what you should eat, how you should exercise, and what diet you should follow.  Who wants that?  That is for YOU to decide.

However, when you feel the need to have a heartfelt conversation about what hindered you in your journey or the successes you have made, that's where Heart's comes into play.  Our focus is to be a support group made up of people just like you who are wanting to obtain the same goals.  We will share what may have worked for each one of us, recipes we have found and enjoyed, exercise tips, and much more.  And if you can't make every meeting, hey, we understand that, too.  Just know that you aren't in this alone, no one is, and they shouldn't feel that way.

Meetings will be held on the 2nd & 4th Mondays of the month at the Camdenton Library
